Grease injection.

After unscrewing the protective cap, pay attention to cleaning the dirt on the grease injection nozzle, and connect the sealweld supergun head with the grease injection nozzle, then start to grease injection.
When the valve channel is filled with grease, stop to grease injection.
After greasing, clean the grease nozzle and cover the grease cap to ensure that the grease cap is tightened.
To ensure the grease injection effect of the valve, the valve can be opened and closed several times to ensure that the valve surface is lubricated evenly to achieve the purpose of grease injection.
The valve can make pressure test.
After the pressure test, please clean up the excess grease in the valve channel.
As usual open 2~3 times need add the grease injection.

The hardness of valve adopts nitriding treatment, hardfacing & spraying, such as STL. spraying tungsten carbide. N60, etc
